Sexy Spells – A recipe to aid peace of mind
While you are making this recipe, concentrate on thinking peaceful, happy thoughts. It will help bring tranquillity to your mind when you are feeling low.
You will need:
4 green peppers
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 block of feta cheese
25 g parsley, finely chopped
What to do:
Cut the heads off the green peppers and scrape out the seeds inside without ruining the shape of the peppers. Place them under a preheated grill and roast them until the skins blacken. Remove from the grill and skin the peppers, leaving them as whole as possible.
Peel and chop the cucumber, mix it with the feta cheese and parsley and stuff the mixture into the peppers. All the while you are preparing them, remember to think happy and inspiring thoughts. Sprinkel olive oil over the peppers and leave them to chill in the refrigerator.
When you are ready to use them, take them out of the refrigerator and eat them slowly. Concentrate on the flavours, the sweetness of the peppers and the freshness of the parsley, and watch your mood lift itself and your mind calm as the happy thoughts you put into the peppers come back to lift your spirits.
